The MEMO² consortium consists of 25 participants from 7 European Countries, which requires an appropriate management structure to ensure a smooth and successful course of the project.

The organizational structure of MEMO² is based 5 work packages (WPs) and on the following management bodies:

• The Supervisory Board (SB)

• The Executive Board (EB)

• 5 Work Package leader

• External Scientific Advisory Board
